Bandwidth is the maximum speed of data transfer inbound or outbound from the VDC. This product offers symmetric bandwidth for both inbound and outbound traffic. Choosing 100Mbps means you will have 100Mbps uplink and 100Mbps downlink. The actual amount of data transmitted is unlimited and will not be charged.
The Bandwidth is offered at on-demand terms. You may increase or decrease the bandwidth at any time. There is no fee or restriction on increasing the bandwidth. It is limited to once a day free decreasing of bandwidth. A $5 administration fee will be charged for each time you decrease the bandwidth more than once within a day.

Data Package charges are calculated based on the amount of data transferred either inbound or outbound of the VDC, whichever higher within a calendar month. Use unlink or downlink whichever runs higher traffic to size your package. Do Not Add Them Up. i.e. if you expect 1TB downlink traffic and 800GB uplink traffic, you should only purchase 1TB data package.
When the data package purchased is exhausted before the end of the month, extra charges will occur at a higher rate than the regular rate. Leftover traffic at the end of the month will be voided and cannot be rolled over to the next month. Please size your business carefully to choose a right package.
Data package is not available in Mainland China locations at this time.

Traffic charges the actual data been transmitted inbound OR outbound from the VDC which ever higher. The lower side of the traffic will not be charged. This plan is billed hourly and your account will be debited accordingly. Insufficient funds in account might cause service interruption.
When choosing Traffic plans, to avoid charges caused by unexpected bursting, the bandwidth for the VDC is automatically set at 200Mbps. Please contact your account manager if you need a higher bandwidth.
